Hhhh. There is some merit in the arguments made in that book I “read” on Blinkist. I think that I’d better view, review, read, and heed the following science-based advice about the myths of multitasking.
- from a recent NPR Broadcast and
- from Psychology Today which I now read more often in order to follow the blog column of Michelle Braun, a Carroll alumna and expert on aging and wellness.
Love it! I’m in the midst of multitasking right now, but now I’m sheepishly shifting to focus on just this comment. Right here and right now. Thanks for the reminder about how important that is! Uni-tasking also gives way to mindfulness, which can provide a great sense of peace in the moment. Being truly present is a gift. Thanks!
